WMD panel says major terrorist attack likely by 2013 - The Hill

Former Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.) said Tuesday that a massive terrorist attack will likely occur by 2013 unless the world community acts quickly and decisively.

Graham is the chairman of the congressionally appointed Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism, which is releasing a report on the steps that must be taken to prevent terrorists from getting access to such weapons.
