Bush’s Homeland Security Advisor Stepping Down

President Bush’s top counter-terrorism and homeland security adviser is resigning. Fran Townsend, who leads the president’s Homeland Security Council in the White House, is stepping down after more than four years on the job. Associated Press has the story.
